Who drives, and whose car is it?
You provide the car; we provide a verified, professional driver. They come to your location, drive you in your own vehicle and hand the keys back at the end of the trip.
How is the fare calculated?
Each service category has a booking fee, a per-kilometre and a per-minute rate. You see the estimate before you confirm. Waiting time is billed per minute, and the final fare is capped against the estimate.
Can I book a driver in advance?
Yes. Book for right now or schedule a trip for later, which is handy for early flights, events and long trips upcountry.
How do I pay?
Pay with M-Pesa (you get an STK push on your phone), with a saved card, or with cash to the driver. Every trip ends with an itemised receipt.
What if something goes wrong during a trip?
Use SOS in the app to alert our team immediately, for medical, security or accident help. You can also share a live link of the trip with anyone you trust.
How are drivers vetted?
Drivers submit a selfie, their national ID, their driving licence and referees. Our team reviews every document before a driver can accept trips.
How do drivers get paid?
Earnings go into the driver's in-app wallet. Drivers can withdraw to M-Pesa or a bank account; the minimum withdrawal is KES 500 and the transfer fee is shown before confirming.
