Safety

Someone is always watching the road with you.

Drivers are checked before they ever see a request, every trip is tracked live, and help is one tap away from pickup to drop-off.

If you feel unsafe

Before the trip

Every driver is checked by people, not just software.

  1. 01

    Identity, matched to a face

Drivers upload their national ID or passport and a selfie, and we match the two before anything else.

  2. 02

    A valid driving licence

Front and back, with the expiry date recorded. Drivers are reminded 30, 7 and 1 day before it runs out, and paused automatically if it lapses.

  3. 03

    Referees on file

Every applicant gives us people who can vouch for them.

  4. 04

    Two people sign off

One team member reviews each document and a second approves it. Nobody can push a driver through alone.

During the trip

The trip is live on your phone and on ours.

Our operations team sees every active trip. Some things you trigger yourself; others we catch automatically.

Share a live link

Send the trip to anyone. They follow it in a browser, no app or account needed.

SOS in one tap

Alerts our operations team straight away, tagged as medical, security, accident or general help.

Speed watched

If the car goes faster than 120 km/h, the trip is flagged to our team automatically.

Silence noticed

If the driver's phone stops reporting for more than three minutes mid-trip, we're alerted to check in.

If you feel unsafe

Don't wait. Here's what to do.

  1. 01

    Press SOS in the app

Our team sees your location and the trip details immediately.

  2. 02

    Call 999 or 112

For police, ambulance or fire in Kenya, call emergency services directly.

  3. 03

    Tell us afterwards

Report anything that felt wrong through support, even if the trip ended fine.

Insurance

Your car, your cover.

Because our drivers drive your vehicle, your own motor insurance stays in force for the trip. Before booking, check that your policy allows someone else to drive. Many policies call this “any authorised driver” or unnamed driver cover.

If something happens on a trip, press SOS or contact support. We can share the trip record, including the route, times and driver details, to support your claim.
