4. Payment Terms

Payments for services are processed through our secure platform. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the timing of the cancellation as specified in our cancellation policy.

5. Limitation of Liability

Anytime Driver is not liable for damages arising from the use of our platform except as required by law. Users agree to indemnify Anytime Driver against claims related to vehicle condition or user conduct.
